Is this safe for medically fragile or bedridden patients?
Yes. Every transport is supervised by a transport physician and supported by a licensed paramedic crew experienced in caring for medically fragile patients.
We are equipped to manage oxygen, medication, monitoring, positioning and comfort throughout the journey. Each trip is planned to ensure a smooth, controlled experience from start to finish.
What if something happens during transport?
Our paramedics are trained to respond to medical changes during transport. If anything unexpected occurs, they will assess, take appropriate action and activate Emergency Medical Services immediately. This level of care is what separates us from standard transport options.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy periods like summer.
